Application
You facilitate reliable planning by applicating as early as possible. After application we’ll send you our confirmation, the equipment list and paying agreements. Two weeks before the beginning of the course you’ll receive detailed information about meeting point, tour guides, arriving etc. A list of participants will be included too -
Payment
Agreements on paying and the respective bank connection will be forwarded together with the confirmation. Usual payment mode: deposit of Euro 52, remaining payment 30 days before beginning of the course.
Minimum number of participants
A minimum number of participants is pre-requisite for all courses. We have the right to cancel the course if the required number is not complete - until two weeks before the beginning of the course. In that case we’ll offer a similar programme, or the same programme shortened by one day of the week. In case a participant should not agree with this the total amount of money will be entirely refunded.
Changing of programme
The tour guide may change the planned programme or route for reasons of security. Those can include unfavourable weather conditions, danger of avalanches, poor ability of participants or any other unpredictable circumstances.
Liability
The tour guides of the Alpine school „Sesto-Tre Cime di Lavaredo"have passed state exams and are internationally recognized tour guides which includes liability assurance. The mountaineering school acts as agent only and is not responsible in terms of liability.
Assurance
Assurance concerning rescue costs is included in the courses. in addition we recommend you to effect an accident assurance.
Withdrawal
In case you should withdraw your application until 25 days before the beginning of your course we will not return to you the amount of Euro 52, from the 24th until the 1Day Four the amount will rise up to 30%, from the 13th day until the beginning of the course up to 60% of the total cost. If the reasons for withdrawal are such as accidents, illness etc. the costs of withdrawal (cost of administration excluded) can be transferred to any other offer of our programme - within 15 months.
