Tofana – Second South Facing Pillar Ridge (VI- 600m)

The second pillar edge on Tofana di Rozes near Cortina stands out as one of the most spectacular tours in the Dolomites, falling within the lower sixth degree of difficulty. This 650-meter, 19-pitch route follows the southwest edge of the massive rock pillar along the easiest line. The ascent of this route requires a confident mastery of the 6th degree of difficulty, even for the second climber, as the two considerable traverses present a great challenge and require safe navigation. Overall, the Via Constantini – Ghedina offers a climbing experience of incomparable quality.
