Ski Touring Coaching for Beginners and Slightly Advanced Skiers

As soon as the first snow falls, the mountain world beckons with inviting slopes full of powder snow.

However, ski touring is also associated with risks which can be minimized by proper management.

In our coaching program, we teach basic theoretical and practical content and apply it in practice.

Basics of snow and avalanche awareness
Risk management strategies

Practical Contents
Tour planning
Interpretation of avalanche situation report
Training with emergency equipment
Evaluation of snow in the terrain

Dates
Day 1: Webinar 18:00-19:30 (German)
Day 2: Ski tour 1 – meeting point 09:00 Alpine School (with a minimum of 8 participants, one easy and one medium-level tour will be offered)
Day 3: Ski tour 2 – meeting point 09:00 Alpine School (with a minimum of 8 participants, one easy and one medium-level tour will be offered)
