A climbing day on the Cinque Torri
The Cinque Torri, situated between Passo Falzarego and Cortina d’Ampezzo, are a 2,361 high rock formation in the Dolomites. They are popular among hikers and climbers who can find various routes from grade III.
The Cinque Torri consist of five, steep towers which once formed a single block of rock. The five main towers are: Torre Grande, Torre Seconda, Torre Latina, Torre Quarta, and Torre Inglese.
Here you can find a variety of multi-pitch routes as well as several sport climbing routes.
Besides offering a fantastic view, the Cinque Torri are perfect if you want to get a taste of Alpine climbing – also because of the short approaches to the routes.
