Sesto Sundial

The Sesto Sundial stands as the world’s largest natural sundial and serves as the ‘clock’ of Sesto/Sexten. When observed from the village, the sun aligns precisely above the mountain bearing the same name at the corresponding time. Comprising six peaks, which are the principal summits of the Sesto/Sexten mountains, this 6-mountain chain provides a truly exceptional experience and is likely the most spectacular chaining in the Dolomites concerning standard routes. Overall, the tour demands high levels of fitness and is particularly suitable for guests with a solid foundation in alpine experience.
